Welcome to St Mary’s R.C. Primary School website. Our website is designed to keep parents informed of news and developments in school and to introduce new parents to our school community. I am sure it will give an invaluable insight into St Mary’s family and our ethos which puts the child at the heart of all we do.
St Mary’s is a vibrant school with a friendly atmosphere with Jesus at the heart of all we do. Our children are caring, responsible and thoughtful. As reported by Section 48 inspection (2013) “St Mary’s is a particularly welcoming school whose mission statement “Jesus is at the heart of our school,” is lived out fully. The children are delightful. They are proud of their school and appreciate the importance of working together as a team.”
We have a highly dedicated and committed team of staff and governors who are passionate about ensuring children at St Mary’s have a positive and happy experience; make progress in their learning and become confident, successful individuals who want to make a positive contribution to the world around them.
